Olbermann's 9/11 Excoriation

Here is Keith Olbermann on MSNBC last night, excoriating the Republicans, in general, and John McCain, in particular for their gratuitous use of 9/11 footage at the Republican National Convention:



Personally, I think he may have gone a little over the top with the "Do you have personal knowledge of how to get Osama bin Laden?" bit. Otherwise, I thought it was a great rebuke.

Of course, he, like Bill 'Papa Bear' O'Reilly, is preaching mostly to the choir. Who knows, maybe some independents were watching and will start to realize exactly how much our politics has be dominated by fear-mongering for the last seven years.

One can hope.
